Terms of Service
Last updated: June 12, 2026
1. The service
Demly provides a unified loyalty network: consumers earn and redeem points across participating brands through the Demly app, and businesses operate loyalty programs through the Demly dashboard. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Consumer accounts are verified by phone number; business accounts are managed by the company that created them. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Points
Points are a promotional balance recorded in the Demly ledger. They have no cash value, are not transferable except where the app explicitly allows it, and may expire according to the issuing program’s rules shown in the app. The ledger maintained by Demly is the authoritative record of all point balances and transactions.
4. Acceptable use
You may not manipulate earning or redemption mechanisms, use the service for fraud or money laundering, reverse-engineer the platform, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts and freeze balances involved in suspected abuse while we investigate.
5. Business terms
Businesses are billed according to their selected plan, including subscription fees and points-issuance fees where applicable. Invoices are payable per their stated terms. Businesses are responsible for honouring rewards they publish and for the accuracy of their program rules.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where changes are material.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Demly’s liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid by the business in the twelve months preceding the claim, and for consumers, to re-crediting points lost through a fault in the service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts and authorities of the Kingdom. Questions: legal@demly.ink.
